Terms & Conditions

Participating Dine After Dark Member Businesses agree to the following terms for the 2019 Season:

  

  • During the holiday month of Ramadan, Member Businesses will, at minimum, operate during the following hours: 
    • April 23 – May 22, 2020:  Open by 4:00am OR Close after 10:30pm  (Open two hours before 6:00am sunrise OR Close two hours after 8:30pm sunset)
  • Member Businesses enjoy complimentary first-year membership! 
  • After first year, annual membership fee is $500 per location, non-transferable, and non-refundable; in-kind donations in lieu of annual fees will be considered on an individual basis
  • Member Businesses with five (5) or more participating locations will receive a total discount of fifteen percent (15%) off group membership
  • Member Businesses designated as 501(c)(3) organizations enjoy complimentary membership
  • Member Business’ name, logo, location, and other identifying information may be used for promotional purposes as it pertains to Dine After Dark participation, including, but not limited to, features on our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other press materials
  • Memberships will renew automatically at the beginning of Dine After Dark’s fiscal year (July 1), unless otherwise cancelled by the Member Business or Dine After Dark
  • Member Business may terminate membership agreement any time, without penalty or restriction; all membership fees are non-refundable
  • Dine After Dark retains the right to terminate membership agreement as it deems the action necessary, and will notify the Member Business in writing of any changes to the agreement
  • Dine After Dark is not legally responsible for the actions or operations of Member Businesses 
  • Member Businesses are encouraged, but not required to provide Halal-friendly meal options during the Dine After Dark season

Additional Perks

  • All new Member Business receive a Dine After Dark Business Kit for promotional use, including: Dine After Dark’s easy-peel door stickers, informational materials, and a listing in Dine After Dark’s online Community Directory!
